Subscription benefits

As a subscription holder you will get priority scheduling, you will also have at your disposal 24-hour emergency assistance for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Irrigation, and any other issues that may occur. A team of professionals are ready for all your needs in an emergency situation. Any call outs occurred during emergency service times 6pm-5am will be an additional charge agreed upon by the customer.
As a Subscription holder you will get: 10-20% discounts on repairs, parts, and new installations.

I acknowledge that the services selected above will be included in my All-In-One Whole House Maintenance Subscription plan. Pricing will be provided before service begins. The annual fee is due upon execution of the contract. No refunds will be issued after the contract is initiated. This subscription may be transferred to another home and reevaluated if needed. Scheduling will be coordinated by McGuire's Handyman Service with the customer consent. Additional services can be added through the year but cannot be removed. If there are any outstanding balances due for work completed, the remaining balance for uncompleted services may be used to pay that debt. If any debt is owed the owner Herein, may terminate said contract for the customer at anytime.
